A bill seeking to legalise assisted suicide has been launched in the Scottish parliament.

An End of Life Choices bill has been launched in the Scottish Parliament. The bill seeks to allow assisted suicides for those with degenerative conditions or terminal illness in Scotland. This is a very early stage and it will have to face a series of votes.
