Welcome to Respect Our Wishes

Who do you think should decide what care is best for you?
We think it should be you.

You can make advance decisions about your end of life care with a living will. In your living will you can make the end of life care choices about how and where you would like to spend your final days.

  • You may choose to have all possible treatments offered.
  • You may choose to say no to some treatments.

You can ensure your end of life care choices are met by storing your advance decisions on the National Register of Living Wills. Carry your membership card and medics cannot ignore your wishes:

"Where there is a valid and legally binding refusal of treatment, - that must be followed."
